In 1985 our owner, Mark LePard, graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, Arizona where he studied HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, and Solar Heating systems. Since then, Mark has expanded his experience in these systems from residential and commercial HVAC to data center, industrial, hospitality, geo-thermal and ultra high efficiency systems in Mexico and across the United States.
Mark and the Kool Wave Team are applying their decades of experience to the Lake Norman area, and bringing their customer first culture to you.
